What this site is not

• Not financial advice. The calculators are decision tools, not recommendations. You're the one deciding.
• Not an affiliate site. No referral links to mortgage lenders, brokerages, or insurance quote forms.
• Not lead-gen. No email capture, no "talk to an advisor" funnel, no gated PDFs.

How it makes money

Display ads served by Google AdSense. That's it. The ad slot pays for the server; the math is the product. If you use an ad blocker, the calculators still work — they run entirely in your browser.

Who built it
