The short version

The numbers you type into a calculator never leave your browser. There are no accounts. The site shows ads, which use cookies; see Advertising below.

Calculators

Every calculator on this site runs entirely in your browser. Your salary, your rent, your debt, your job offer — all of it is computed on your own device and none of it is transmitted to this site or stored anywhere. Closing the tab discards it.

Analytics

This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics. It is cookieless: it does not set a cookie, does not fingerprint your browser, and cannot follow you to other sites. It records aggregate page views, referrers, and country-level location.

Advertising

This site shows ads served by Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this site and to other websites. Google's advertising cookies let it and its partners show you ads based on those visits.

You can turn off personalized ads in Google's My Ad Center, and opt out of many other vendors' personalized ads at aboutads.info. You will still see ads, but they will not be based on your browsing. Google explains how it uses information from sites like this one at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are asked for consent before any advertising cookies are set, and can change that choice at any time from the privacy link the consent message leaves on the page.

Hosting

Pages are served through Cloudflare, which processes your IP address to deliver the page and block abuse. That is a technical requirement of loading any website.

Your messages

The contact form sends your name (if you give one), email address, topic and message to the site's operator as an email. Cloudflare, which runs the site, relays it and checks your IP address to stop repeated sending; the website itself keeps no copy. Your message is used to reply and is not shared. If you email [email protected] instead, the same applies.
